I accept returns and exchanges on physical books and handmade dolls within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Handmade Doll Policy
Each doll is lovingly handmade, so small variations are part of its charm. Because of the time and care that goes into creating them, dolls must be returned in perfect, unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book or handmade doll arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact me right away with a photo. I’ll gladly replace it or work with you on a solution.

Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
